Black Gold - The Trailer

Click the icon on the left to view our little trailer we made on the YouTube site. This is just to get us more exposure and to take advantage of the internet to highlight our project.

Certainly no-one would claim to be the next top film maker but you´ll get the point once you visit. There are some striking images we use on this site bit the trailer is more famous for the brilliant soundtrack composed by Glasgow band, ShifterX.

  Healey Hero - The Tribute

Informative, interesting and often-times moving Web site from Fionn Taylor. Click on the icon to visit the Healey Hero site. The site has a wealth of information so please make space and time to browse all of its contents. Info below taken from the site.

The site begun as a tribute to my father-in-law, Philip Healey , Mines Rescue Officer at Ilkeston. It now concentrates on what it is/was like to be a miner what it was like to live in a mining family, or as in Philip's case a mines rescue family.

  Healey Hero - Auchengeich Page

The Healey Hero site displays a report on the events of the Auchengeich mining disaster. For those who remember, physically speaking, will be taken back in time when you see the pictures siding the report.

As said above, the site from Webmaster Fionn Taylor, there is an abundance of information available but this link will take you to one of the Auchengeich-related pages. The whole site is well worth a visit, not only this one particular page.
